Today Harper’s Hamster Ginger passed away. She was 2 years and 3 months old. She left behind a sister, Cinnamon, and the rest of her loving family. She was buried in the backyard this evening.

Oh, sorry for the loss of Ginger! My boys' rat "Oswald" passed last year... he was such a "good rat", about the same life span too it seems.
